A Special Message Brought by the Sweet Messenger

Hello Everyone!

It is so unforgettable to receive or to give a sweet message to someone special, isn't it? It can be in the form of a hug and a nice word, a sweet note... a letter ... or delivered by a cute snowman. If you are looking for original ways of saying sweet words to someone special, write a note on the paper hidden behind the back of a Sweet Messenger Snowman.
The sweet message you are sending will become a cherished moment that will always bring smile in your hearts. The Sweet Messenger is the perfect souvenir for so many occasions.

Its smile will be a marvelous reminder of this beautiful moment.

The Sweet Messengers hold a small piece of rice paper nicely tied with a ribbon. The paper is blank so you can write down the message you want to share Or you can tell me what do you want to be written, and I'll do it for you before I send it.

For what occasions you can give the Sweet Messengers? My answer is - Everything!

From I Love You, to Get Better... or Baby Gender Reveal Parties to Marriage Proposals and delivering news. You can say Happy Birthday, or I am sorry, or You are my Best Friend, I miss you ... Express whatever your heart desires.

Each snowman Sweet Messenger is handmade, unique and special. It is an original alternative to the Greeting cards and Letters,

#SnowmanOnTheRoad
The Snowmen make fabulous Christmas decorations. You can use them more than once by adding different notes if you want to.

What message would you like to read delivered by a Sweet Messenger? What note would you like to write? Please, share with me :)

Have a magnificent day everyone,

Tedy

Do you have to be an artist to be good at needle felting?

Perhaps many of you who are fascinated by the felted creations feel intimidated to try this hobby. I know the feeling. When I first saw and touched a needle felted figurine, I went speechless. I was even more shocked when I saw the fluffy wool and the little needle that were the only needed materials and tools for needle felting. How could you actually Make things from such tender materials?

I'll share with you my story for my first touch to needle felting another time, but now let’s focus on the question of this post. You can prepare an awesome meal even if you are not a cook, right? I do believe that you are capable of creating marvelous figurines and projects with needle feting even if you are just a crafty fellow like myself.

The first snowman i've created
So if you are interested in trying this hobby, don’t hesitate to do it. It is not as hard as it seems and it doesn’t take huge amount of time. If you are not confident in your talents, start small until you get used to the techniques and find your own style. There are plenty of projects you can create that are simple and awesome, like Christmas balls.

My advice for everyone who is starting with felting is to really really enjoy every part of it and do it for yourself. Like everything else – the more you practice, the better you’ll get. I’ll give you a glimpse on my first projects in felting.

I admit I was tempted to throw them away but eventually I decided that it is better to remember from where I've started. There will be another post dedicated to my first attempts in needle felting, so stay tuned if you are curious (and pleaseeee don’t be too harsh).

1     Start small with simple projects

2    Don’t give up if some projects don’t turn out as perfect as you expected right away
3    Practice with various projects – from animals to flowers and decorations

Have you tried needle felting yet? I would love to see your first projects, please share.
GOOD LUCK!

Awesome Pictures from Friends and Decorating Ideas with Needle Felted Snowmen

What's the definition of Pure Joy? Awesome photos of my snowmen shared from friends is the formula that always makes me happy.

In the photo session below you will see two of the snowmen I've given to one of my best friends, Ani. I made my first small needle felted bouquet as a gift for her wedding. I will present it separately in another blog post. The cute one-eyed green figurine is inspired by the cute character from 'Monstors LTD.'

These photos were shared by the biggest fan of my Etsy store, Meredith. I love those photos, they are the best.

This is a photo from my great friend, Ralitsa of the adorable snowman with a fancy summer hat .

And let's not forget the fabulous photo session of my snowman with a heart from Gabi.

Merino Haul and a New Tool for Needle Felting

It is so exciting to buy new colors of wool and merino for my felting projects. I've just got a bunch of awesome Australian wool that will turn into some cute Christmas decorations really soon. I have a surprise for all the fans of different types of wool that I'll present in one of the next blog posts. I
I was asked what type of wool I prefer. Well, my favorite so far is the Australian merino 26 - 24 microns. But I also like some Bulgarian wools.

I try to use a lot of different colors to make the snowmen vivid, cute and remarkable. Just like the real snowmen made by kids in the winter, my needle felted snowmen might wear unique combinations of hats and scarfs.

The new tool I got a few weeks ago from ebay makes it a bit easier to felt because it combines 3 needles.

For all of you fellow crafters, do you have favorite types of wool and what colors you prefer? Please, share with me.

My First Snowman Holding a Heart

When I started making snowmen, I wanted each one of them to be unique, special and really cute. I love adding different details to the hats of the snowmen and experimenting with colors. Last winter I wanted to make a snowman for a friend of mine, Gabriela.

I was thinking of ideas and then I decided to try to make a snowman hiding a heart behind its back. I am very pleased with the results. Now my first snowman with  a heart is part of the amazing Gabi's Christmas village decoration. I am so happy she likes it. See the photos she sent me. Absolutely gorgeous! Thank you, Gabi!

This wonderful snowman put the beginning of my most favorite series of snowmen dedicated to LOVE. They make great presents for all kinds of occasions, including St Valentine's Day.
